Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders totaling 300 AED or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will apply as calculated at checkout.
How many days does delivery take?

How can I track my order?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return items within 7 days of purchase if they meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy page.

What is your refund policy?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to process.
